  • You can place an order for ready to wear apparel via our website but if you would like a bespoke or made to measure item, please book an appointment (via the website, e-mail or call) for your one to one consultation appointment with Saran Kohli (Head Designer).

  • You do not need to open an account with us to place an order via our website or otherwise, but feel free to sign up to our newsletter (details on the bottom of our website) to stay in the know about the latest collections, offers and news!

  • You can book an appointment for a one-to-one consultation in-studio with Saran Kohli (Head Designer) via the Appointments section on our website, by e-mailing the team on info@sarankohli.com or by calling +44 (0)7442981887. We look forward to welcoming you in and seeing how best we can help you.

  • We accept all types of credit or debit card payments in-studio. You can pay via credit or debit cards via a payment link and PayPal via our website.

  • Absolutely. We have a strong commitment to security best practices and industry standards. Saran Kohli Label is GDPR compliant and your personal information will never be shared with third party providers.

  • We currently ship all orders from London, UK or some products we ship directly from our Studio from New Delhi, India.

  • Shipping is processed through Royal Mail (UK) and the following options are available.

    U.K
    UK Mainland Standard shipping is £15. 4-5 working days delivery.

    INTERNATIONAL

    • REST OF THE WORLD: £45.00, minimum 14 working days delivery.

  • Yes absolutely. All our UK and international orders are sent as signed fo bases with a tracking number.

  • standard delivery in the UK can take up to 5 working days but next-day service delivery is guaranteed if we have agreed before dispatching your order. International deliveries currently take a minimum of 14 working days.

  • Please have a read through our refund and exchange policy on our website or within the product descriptions of the item you have ordered to see if you are eligible to cancel and request a refund after you’ve placed your order. If your order is of a Custom made / Made to measure / Bespoke item, it can not be cancelled.  

  • A returns label will be provided within the package your item is delivered in. Please use this to return your item to us for a refund or an exchange. Please note the garment/s you wish to return or exchange must be in its original condition.  I.e. not worn beyond you trying the garment for fit and no tags should be removed.
