Shipping in the U.K is processed through Royal Mail:

U.K Mainland Standard shipping for up to 1kg is £15.
U.K Mainland Standard shipping for above 1kg is £15.50.
INTERNATIONAL
REST OF THE WORLD: £45.00 min 14 working days delivery.
Product prices may be shown as per the country from where the site is accessed, in case a particular currency is not defined in our system then for such countries/countries the prices are shown in UK British Pound.
Taxes and Duties
Taxes and duties are calculated by the shipping company according to your shipping destination and are borne by the customer. Please note taxes and duties are chargeable as applicable. We dispatch our orders on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are inclusive of all UK taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Please note we are unable to advise the duty amount.

Insurance
SARAN KOHLI insures each purchase when it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. Suppose you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes. In that case, you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by SARAN KOHLI and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Important Information
We operate on a made-to-order model – each style is crafted by hand specifically for you! As a small business, this approach helps us manage our costs, minimize excess inventory, and reduce waste.
Unless the product is available in size, it will be prepared for dispatch as per our Terms and Conditions.
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24- 48 hours except made-to-order orders.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt.
Although rare, if there are any delays with your order, our team will promptly reach out to you to explain the reason and provide an estimated shipping date.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will inform you of the shipping service used and the tracking number. You can track your order on the respective shipping service's website or by following the link provided in the email.

For customers requiring their order for a special event, we are grateful and excited that you have chosen us to accompany you. Our team will endeavour to prioritize production and provide you with an estimated shipping date as soon as possible. Please note that priority production and shipping may involve additional charges.
In the event of failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address details, multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal to cover shipping-related costs, we are not responsible for the return shipping fees of your order. Once the package is returned to us, we cannot refund any shipping charges incurred for its return.
If your order needs to be resent, you will be responsible for the shipping fees. We are here to assist you, so it's crucial to provide accurate shipping information and contact details or notify us immediately if you realize you have entered an incorrect shipping address.
