Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

 

The provisions detailed here are an integral component of Our Terms and Conditions, accessible through this link. You understand that these policies regarding returns and exchanges pertain solely to direct transactions between Us and You, excluding transactions involving third-party sellers. These policies are applicable to all modes of purchase facilitated by the Company and its affiliates, encompassing transactions on the website, through customer service representatives, or at Our physical stores.

 

Refunds

 

If applicable, refunds—whether issued as cash or store credit—will be processed within 21-30 business days of

 

(i) You providing the relevant account details for cash refunds or

(ii) Us receiving the returned product.

 

Cash refunds will be issued using the original payment method. However, cash refunds will not be provided for purchases originally made with cash.

 

Refunds will not be granted for discounted purchases where any form of discount was applied to the order.

 

For payments made online, You may initiate a chargeback only if

 

(i)You qualify for a refund according to these Terms and

(ii) despite eligibility, We fail to refund the amount within the specified timeframe.

 

 Returns and Exchanges

 

·  Once a purchase is made, goods can only be exchanged for replacements or returned in exchange for store credit, provided they adhere to the terms and conditions outlined here.

· All exchanges, including size changes, are contingent upon availability and confirmation from us.

·   Any product that has been exchanged once will be regarded as customized and will not be eligible for further exchanges.

·   In the event of a refund or exchange, a restocking fee of 15% of the product's MRP will be applied.

·   As our inventory is limited and certain sizes may not always be available, store credit can be utilized for future purchases.

·  Store credits issued for refunds will remain valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

 

·  The conditions applicable to returning goods shall also apply to exchanging them.

 

·  Products once delivered cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases where they are sold off the rack (in-store sales) or ready to ship (online sales) with no alterations/customizations, and a return/exchange request is initiated within 24 hours of purchase (in-store) or delivery (online).

 

· Products returned in accordance with these terms can only be exchanged for another product or store credit. Store credit will be issued upon receipt and confirmation by us that the product is eligible for return as per these terms.

 

· If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, you can return it for credit and purchase the new item separately using the credit.

 

· Products will only be considered for exchange or return if they are unused and still have all tags attached. Damaged or soiled products may not be accepted and may be returned to you. Please promptly notify our customer care department if any products are delivered without tags.

 

· Returns should include any provided accessories such as belts and designer packaging like authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags.

 

· Unidentified returns may be sent back to the sender.

 

· Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Items with scratched soles will not be accepted for return or exchange.

 

· Items are considered faulty if they are received damaged. Normal wear and tear is not considered a fault. If you wish to exchange a faulty item, we can only replace it with the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where feasible, we may offer repairs for faulty items.

 

· Custom-made orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Shipping charges for returning products to us will be borne by you in the event of a return or exchange.

 

· Discounted products cannot be returned or exchanged.

· For the purposes of these terms, "discount" encompasses sales (including end of season sales), discount/offer codes, or coupons.

 

 

 

Cancellation

 

- Cancellation requests cannot be processed once the order/orders have been processed.

- Cancellation of an order will result in store credit only.

- To cancel, return, or exchange an item, the Customer must contact us at care@men.perniaspopupshop.com. Alternatively, the customer may contact us on whatsapp customer care number +91 - 9810413742, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (Monday to Sunday). We are not responsible for any damage to the product that may occur during transit from the Customer to Us. For products purchased in-store, Customers may also visit the store, provided it is done within the timelines specified in the terms.
